If you notice something in your order that needs to be changed- please let us know as soon as possible! If the order has already been printed then it may be too late to make changes to the size, design, or product style.

We should be able to make changes to your shipping address up until the point it has been scanned by the shipping system.

When we set out to find a supplier who met all of our criteria. This search proved to be rather difficult because one of our main criteria was to ensure our products would not be made using cheap labor in a foreign country, but at the same time maintaining good quality for a reasonable price.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@artisanhideout.com. If your return is accepted , we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you receive an order that was damaged during shipping or has a defect - Please contact us right away! If possible please include a photo of the defect in your email.

We will gladly replace the item for a new one, or grant a full refund if that is preferred by the customer. Artisan Hideout will ensure you receive the amazing quality products that you pay for!

Processing time- Due to the custom nature of all our products, they are made-to-order and freshly printed just for you! For this reason, we need a bit of extra time to carefully print and package your order. All orders are typically printed and processed within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

Delivery time: Shipping takes up to 2-7 business days to addresses within the United States (Plus processing time).

All orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days from the order submission date. This means shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. So please factor in this time, added with the time estimates below for shipping.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Artisan Hideout is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
